2. Website Use

This website is for information purposes. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee all information is complete or current. Vehicle details, availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose.

3. Vehicle Information and Pricing

All descriptions, specifications and mileage are provided in good faith. We strongly recommend buyers independently verify condition and history before purchase. Prices subject to change. We reserve the right to withdraw any vehicle from sale prior to exchange of contracts.

4. Finance

Ritzy Auto Ltd acts as a credit broker, not a lender. Finance is subject to status, affordability and UK residency. Applicants must be 18+. Initial applications use a soft credit search only. We may receive a commission from lenders — this does not affect your rate, and we will always disclose this before you proceed.

5. Enquiries and Viewings

Submitting an enquiry or booking a viewing does not constitute a purchase agreement or reservation. Vehicles remain available to all parties until a formal agreement is signed and a deposit received.

6. Distance Selling

Vehicles purchased without a prior viewing may be subject to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please contact us before purchase to discuss your rights. Vehicles sold following an in-person viewing are generally exempt.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to the design, layout, visual style and concept, source code, graphics, photography, 360° imagery, 3D models, video, text, vehicle data and the Ritzy Auto name and 'RA' logo — is the exclusive property of Ritzy Auto Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, design right and database right laws.

You may not copy, clone, reproduce, republish, scrape, frame, mirror, modify or distribute any part of this website or its content, in any form or by any means, without our prior written consent. This expressly includes building websites that imitate the look, feel, structure or functionality of this site. We actively monitor for unauthorised copies and will pursue legal remedies where infringement is identified.
